Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping/transit time.

Packaging

All art prints are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. Smaller art prints are shipped flat in protective packaging, while larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective mailing tubes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on the size of the print and the destination. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Any estimated delivery time begins after the order has been processed and shipped. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when tracking is available for the selected shipping service.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless specifically indicated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Shipping Delays

Aldeezy Studio is not responsible for carrier or customs delays that occur after an order has been shipped. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact info@aldeezystudio.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged orders, please include clear photographs of the item and its packaging so we can review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
